Lighthouse Employee of the Month –September 2009

Lindsey Bombard has won Lighthouse Employee of the Month for September 2009. This award is given to the staff member that goes “above and beyond” the call of duty.
During the month, Lindsey displayed superior work performance. Lindsey exhibited a cheerful willingness to help others coupled with a constant level of accuracy. Lindsey’s work on benefits administration and many accounting related activities is truly a “behind the scenes” role but a very important one. She performs these functions in a timely manner and always with a smile. Dave Allan, Controller, comments: “During my vacation, Lindsey performed the payroll and billing functions flawlessly. She also completed the annual EEOC filing process during the month which is a time consuming process and she was diligent in her pursuit of accurate information. Finally, Lindsey was instrumental in developing a custom “on-boarding” procedure for one of our biggest defense clients. She took a lead role in this process and volunteered to take on additional functions as part of the revamped procedures. We are grateful to Lindsey for her support of the team and congratulate her in this achievement.”
