Jennifer Parrella was voted Lighthouse Employee of the Month for July 2009. This award is given to the Lighthouse employee that has gone “Above and Beyond” the call of duty. Jennifer has only been with Lighthouse for two months and she has already made a significant impact. Her willingness to make countless calls in order to find the right candidate has resulted in her making several placements in her short tenure. Jennifer has a great attitude and she fit right in with the team from the start. Jennifer really cares about her candidates and walks them through every step of the process. We look forward to her continued growth with the firm.
