Lissa Jerez was voted Lighthouse Employee of the Month for May 2009. This award is given to the staff member that goes “Above and Beyond” the call of duty. Lissa was recognized for her dedication and tireless efforts in finding the right candidates for her clients. Lissa makes calls at all hours of the day and night, stays close to the candidate and client through the process and puts her heart and soul into every placement. Her dedication and sense of urgency are truly remarkable.
