Lighthouse Employee of the Month - November 2009

Heather Pottie was voted Lighthouse Employee of the Month for November 2009. This award is given to the Lighthouse employee that has gone “Above and Beyond” the call of duty. Heather has been with Lighthouse for over four years. In her tenure here she has received fifteen Silver-Star Monthly Achievement Awards and seven Gold-Star Monthly Achievement awards. She has persevered through the recession by maintaining her contacts and activity levels, even when her job orders were difficult. She helps others within the office and is very driven to fill every opening that is presented to her. In the month of November, Heather placed two high level designers with clients that had very hard-to-fill needs. They are extremely pleased with the results. Heather also covered several job orders out of her design discipline and took the time to learn the new job orders and make them her own. She has an incredible network of design and engineering talent and stays in touch with her candidates, even if she doesn’t have a job for them right now. She believes in them and has offered encouragement in these difficult economic times. Heather truly understands that this business is about people.
