Alison Fogel, the firm's Managing Partner, and Gordon Lawson, Manufacturing/Materials Recruiter, recently took a field trip to one of our best clients. The purpose of the visit was to experience a clean room and actually walk through a manufacturing floor in order to better understand the environment. Alison Fogel comments: “We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with our clients as we feel it is important to understand their business. Our recruiters get a better understanding of the type of equipment, materials and process/flow procedures that are involved instead of just reading “buzz words” on a resume.
