Jennifer has been with Lighthouse for a little over a year and a half and she successfully made the transition from Recruiter to Account Manager after only 6 months. She has embraced her new role and is making a significant impact in the Software and IT space, as well as our traditional technical clientele. Jennifer is tireless on the telephone but always takes time to listen to her clients and translate their needs to our recruiting group. In December, Jennifer hit her stride. She brokered 7 high-level placements, generated fantastic profit numbers and brought in a new account. Jennifer has an up-beat attitude and relentlessly networks for her clients to find difficult skill sets within the online community. She really cares about her clients and candidates and walks them through every step of the process. Congratulations to Jennifer! We look forward to her continued growth with the firm.
