Lighthouse Employee of the Month - February 2010!

This is the second time Lissa has received this award since joining Lighthouse in 2008. Lissa recently made the transition from Permanent Placement Recruiter to Contract Account Manager. Since taking over her new role in October 2009, Lissa has learned the contract side of the business and has established many new client relationships. Lissa takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and stays involved throughout the whole recruitment cycle. Through hard work and persistence, Lissa picked up four new clients in February and is well on her way to forging new client partnerships in the future. We love her dedication and tireless efforts in the pursuit of the right candidates for her clients. Lissa truly cares about her clients and it shows. Lissa is the first in our office to win this award twice and what’s even more impressive, is that she has won it in two different positions. This shows us that she can adapt quickly to new situations and gives 100% to everything she does.
