Jeff Delle Chiaie was voted Lighthouse Employee of the Month for January 2010. This award is given to the Lighthouse employee that has gone “Above and Beyond” the call of duty. Jeff is our Lead Recruiter and he is responsible for directing the efforts of the recruiting staff in addition to his maintaining his own share of job orders. January was Jeff’s strongest month since joining Lighthouse in May of 2009. He achieved his first Gold-Star Monthly Achievement Award. Jeff chooses to lead by example and is willing to step in and help out with any job order. On top of his leadership responsibilities, Jeff consistently has the highest call volume of all of he recruiters. His work ethic is appreciated by the management team and we are continually impressed with his desire to fill every job order and the tenacity he shows in completing this task. Jeff has over ten years in the staffing industry and his experience with diverse skill-sets and levels of candidates makes him the perfect backbone of the recruiting group. He is respected by his recruiting team and management team alike.
