Mike joined Lighthouse in June of 2010 after graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. In Mike’s first month with Lighthouse, he quickly learned our processes. He submitted 56 candidates to open requirements, set up 13 interviews and made 5 placements! These are fantastic numbers for someone so new to this industry. Mike has a tireless work ethic and takes the time to learn about what his candidates are looking for in order to quickly match them to an appropriate position. This is an incredible achievement for someone who has been with the firm for such a short period of time. We are pleased to recognize Mike and are looking forward to seeing him continue to develop.
