This is the THIRD time Lissa has received this award since joining Lighthouse in 2008 and remains the only employee to win it that many times. Lissa has established herself as a tenacious Contract Account Manager. She converted from Lighthouse’s direct placement group, has embraced the contract side of the business, and has established many new client relationships. Lissa takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and stays involved throughout the whole recruitment cycle. Through hard work and persistence, Lissa brought on three new clients in June and is well on her way to forging new client partnerships in the future. We love her dedication and tireless efforts in the pursuit of the right candidates for her clients. Lissa truly cares about them and it shows. Lissa works from home at night and on weekends to find candidates for her clients and is never without her cell phone so they can reach her day and night. She never gives up and pushes herself every day to be better. Her drive and determination are second to none and she gives 110% to everything she does. Lissa is well deserving of this award!
