Lighthouse Employee of the Month - May 2010

Kailey Hutchison was named Lighthouse Employee of the Month for May 2010. This award is given to the staff member that has gone “Above and Beyond” the call of duty. This is Kailey's second "Employee of the Month" award since she joined Lighthouse in February of 2010. Kailey consistently performs at the highest levels in our organization. To date, Kailey has earned three monthly achievement awards, two platinum and one gold level, and she still holds the monthly recruiting record. In recognition of her outstanding performance to date, Kailey will be making a transition to our Software/IT group and lending a hand with some difficult skill sets. We are confident that Kailey will be successful in her new role. Management and staff alike are extremely excited to see what Kailey can do with this new discipline and we are looking forward to seeing her break some new records.
