Lighthouse Employee of the Month - March 2010

Kailey Hutchison was named Lighthouse Employee of the Month for March 2010. This award is given to the staff member that has gone “Above and Beyond” the call of duty. Kailey joined Lighthouse in February of 2010 after spending 6 years in technical staffing with other firms. Since coming on board, Kailey has submitted over 200 candidates to open jobs, set up 60 interviews and had 20 new starts! This is an unbelievable achievement for someone who has been with the firm for such a short time. Kailey earned the platinum bonus award for March and now possesses the monthly record for new revenue. Kailey has a wonderful personality and really cares about her candidates. She is ALWAYS on the phone, usually juggling two calls and typing away. Management and staff alike are extremely pleased to have Kailey on our team and we already consider her an integral part of our recruiting group. We know we are going to see great things from her in the years to come!
