Lighthouse Employee of the Month - November 2010

Kristin goes over and above every day of her employment here at Lighthouse. She is always there to help out and is always smiling. Kristin greets every visitor like a VIP and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable, offering coffee or a cold drink while they wait. She is responsive (within seconds) of any request from staff and treats everyone who calls in with respect and exemplary customer service. Kristin is a team player and truly cares about everyone in the office both professionally and personally. She is there for them, even if she has to stay late to get it done. She volunteers her personal time when completing special projects for the staff and recently helped coordinate the holiday extravaganza in Sanibel, complete with a Court Jester costume and joke gifts for the entire staff. She is a remarkable person and we are ecstatic to give this award to her, not only for the month of November, but for what she does for us all year long.
