This will make it the FOURTH and FIFTH time Lissa has received this award since joining Lighthouse in 2008 and she remains the only employee to win it that many times. Lissa has hit her stride and has proven herself as an Account Manager. She has established many new client relationships and has placed thirty contract employees in the past two months. Lissa is tireless when it comes to her clients. She truly cares about making their projects successful by listening to them and screening her candidates thoroughly. She stays involved throughout the whole recruitment cycle and follows up on every job order, interview or placement. Lissa also lends a hand to the recruiting staff whenever she can to help facilitate the process. Lissa deserves this award, again and again, because she exemplifies what it takes to be a dedicated and gracious Account Manager.
