Jon-Ross (Jon for short) came on board with Lighthouse as a Technical Recruiter in July of 2011. After graduating from Curry College in Milton MA, he worked in on-line sales and marketing and gained some recruiting experience with another firm before landing at Lighthouse. Jon picked up our system very quickly and thrives in a team atmosphere. After only three short months, Jon has earned this award and then some. He placed 11 people and was instrumental in a project for a state contract that required him get up at 4 AM, travel two hours and even stay overnight in order to process candidates’ paperwork before arriving at the job site on time. He did this without one single complaint. Jon has a work ethic that exemplifies duty and values that come from within him. No one needs to ask him to do things, he just does them. He takes time to listen to the candidates and go deeper than just what the resume says in order to make a good match. He is self-motivated to do the best job he possibly can each and every day and it doesn’t go unnoticed. We are grateful to have someone like Jon on our team and we look forward to great things in the future. Congratulations Jon!
