It is the combination of determination and an extraordinary work ethic that enabled Karyn to earn this award so soon after winning it in April. She has also earned her second Platinum Level Achievement Award since joining Lighthouse in December 2010. In the month of September, Karyn submitted 78 candidates, set up 25 interviews and made 8 placements. Karyn has an impressive understanding of the technical nuances of the clients we work with. She then takes that understanding and applies it to her candidates’ skill sets in order to make a superior match. She often brings candidates’ resumes to the Account Managers to let them know she has a candidate that matches up to the technology of one of our clients. This is what we consider “thinking outside the box”. She’s always keeping her eye out for talent that could be beneficial to our existing client base. Our clients are often grateful for this level of service and we are able create some new opportunities for our candidates. She is a true champion for her candidates and they enjoy working with her.
